Borough Council Office, Blenheim, August 16th, 1886. NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Blenheim propose to borrow the sum of Fourteen Thousand Pounds by way of special loan for the purpose of doing the works mentioned in the following Schedule. 1. Schedule of Works proposed to be undertaken—Purchasing and extending the present Gas Works or erecting new Works, £14,000. 2. The sum proposed to be borrowed - Fourteen Thousand Pounds (14,000). 3.
