ARAWA IN QUARANTINE. Port Chalmers, May 8

Arrived — Arawn, placed in quarantine. The health of all on board was good, with one exception of a seaman, who on MarJi 30th took sinall-pox and is now convele3cent. His clothes and bedding were destroyed, and he has been completely isolated since the outbreak of the disease. She brings 20 saloon, 40 second cabin, 75 steerage pasvngers, and 2500 ton of cargo for all port''. On her arrival at Hobart all communicitioa was f rhidden, and the pasgenders for that port and Australia have been brought here.
