In pursuance of the provisions of “ The Hating Act,” and “ The Municipal Corporations Act.” "VT OTICE is hereby given that it is A_\| the intention of the Council of the Borough of Blenheim, on the 4th day of July, ISB2, to Make a Kate of One Shilling in the Pound, on the rateable property appearing in the Valuation Rolls in June, for the year commencing on the Ist day of April, 1882, and terminating on the 31st March, 18S3, payable in one sum on the 31st day of August, 1882, at the Town Clerk’s office. The Rate Book is open for inspection during office hours at the Town Clerk’s office. The following estimate has been approved by the Council : —Proposed expenditure, L 2,100; sums available, L 903 9s 8d ; sum required from rates, L 969 9s. Total rateable value of the property on the Valuation Rolls, L 19,389. Rate necessary to raise the money required, One Shilling in the Pound. By erder of the Council. JOHN T.
