SCHOOL PICNIC
TURANGA-O-MOANA RESULTS The Turanga-o-moana school picnic was held on Friday in Mr. Wills’ paddock. Seats and tables provided under large shady trees helped to make the day enjoyable. Luncheon, afternoon tea, soft drinks, ice cream, apples, sweets and prizes were freely distributed, and everyone voted it to be a most enjoyable picnic. At the conclusion of events Mr. S. R. Harding (chairman), on behalf of those present, thanked Mr. and Mrs. Wills for their kindness in allowing the use of such an ideal paddock.
