A strong protest was voiced by Mr. J. Walsh at the. annual meeting of suppliers to the Hinuera Dairy Company against the 2d levy on pigs. Mr Walsh stated in most emphatic terms that it was nonsense to hold that farmers had not got, the right type of pig. Farmers had the right type 0; f pig all right, but what was wanted was the right food to feed them with.
