Mr. Milton Morisom reports the following as some prices realised at his sale last Wednesday: — Haysweep, £2; horse collars, 225; lawn mowers, 7s 6d to 15s;. Poultry.—All kinds wanted: Killing hens,. 2s 3d to 3s; roosters* 2s to 2s 6d; laying hens, white 2s 9d to 3s, blacks 2s fid to 3s; . laying ducks, Is fid to 2s 2d, killers Is 9d to 2s; turkey hens 6s, gobblers 10s to 15s; young geese, 6s 6d to 7s 3d; hen and chicks, 6s; duck and 9 ducklings, 7s 6d and 8s per lot. . . Potatoes, new 5s to 6's bag, seed 3s bag; cabbages, 2d and 6d each; lettuce, 2d; eschallots, Is fid; lettuce plants, 3d; aster plants, 3d per bundle; spring onions,, 3d bundle; strawberries, in short supply, Is to Is 4d chip; gooseberries, 3d to 4d lb.
