Public notice is hereby given pursuant to the powers conferred on it by “The Town Boards Act 1908 and “ The Municipal Corporations Act 1920 ” and respective amendments the Matamata Town Board propose to stop portion. of Hetana Street, in the Town District of Matamata, as follows: — By excluding from Hetana Street all that parcel of land, rectangular in shape, bounded, commencing at a point in the Boundary Line between the Railway Reserve and Hetana Street distant 244 feet from the North-eastern corner of the said Reserve, towards the West by the said Boundary Line 300 feet, towards the South by portion of Hetana Street 33 feet, towards the East by the other portion of Hetana Street 300 feet, and towards the North by the other portion of Hetana Street 33 feet.
