Public Notice is hereby given* that j the Matamata County Council at a I Special Meeting held on the 14th day 1 of February 1930 made and ordained a By-law to be called “ The Matamata County Council Waterworks By-law 1930 ” the object and purport of which is as follows:- >• a. Definition of “oi binary supply ” and “ extraoi Unary supply of water and general interpretation clause. b. Regulations . governing extraordinary supply. c. Mode of applying for a supply of water. I d. Regulations governing ordin- ! ary supply. e. Supply of water to non-rateable property, to builders and to others. r f. Agreements for water supply. g. All pipes, taps, valves, etc:, and all work done in connection with water supply to be subject to approval of Waterworks Engineer. h. For prevention of waste of water. i. Repair of pipes, taps, valves and other appliances. j. Regulations as to water meters. k. Payment for water supply and fees for connecting and disconnecting. l. Schedule of charges. A Copy of the proposed By-law is ] deposited at the County Office at! Tirau and will be open for inspection by the public during office hours for thirty days immediately preceding the Meeting hereinafter referred to. The said By-law will be submitted to the Matamata County Council for Confirmation at a Meeting of the Council : to be held in the Council Chambers at Tirau „on Friday the 21st day of" March 1930 at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon.
