Speaking at the Elstow Drainage Board's meeting on Fridav (states the Te Aroha New?), Mr. Carter said he honed the time would come when a machine would be procurable for cleaning drains cheaply. The engineer said he had had that in his mind for some time, but so the machine they wanted had not appeared.
