WEDDING BELLS.
McKelvi k—McMillan. A pretty wedding was solemnised in Waharoa on 24th ult., when Miss Hilda McMillan, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. McMillan, of Waharoa, was married to Mr. W. McKelvie, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. R. McKelvic, of Waharoa. The ceremony took place at the residence of the bride's parents on tho Matamata road and was performed by the Rev. P. 1. Cooke, of Matamata. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a very dainty dress of white velvet trimmed with white fur and of course the customary orange blossoms and veil. She carried a very handsome bouquet of white chrysanthemums and cyclamens, asparagus and maidenhair fern. The bride was attended by her sister (Miss Winnie McMillan) as bridesmaid,' who wore a pretty frock of blue silk lace over crepe do chine and carried a bouquet of pink chrysanthemums, maidenhair and asparagus fern. The bridegroom was supported by his brother, Mr. J. McKelvie, as best man. After the ceremony a dainty breakfast was partaken of and tho customary toasts duly honoured. ' Later in the day the bride and bridegroom left by car for To Avoha. The bride's travelling dress was a grey frock trimmed with grey silk braid and grey beaver vclouv coat with hat to match and black fur. ' :
