Walsh, which is to be seen at the Matamata Town Hall on Wednesday. The story appeared origSnally in the Saturday Evening Post land then was issued in book form. many editions of which have been sold. One of the strongest casts ever assembled for a single picture enacts the story, including Miss Miram .Cooper, the talented actress whose jVork in " The Oath " and " Serenade," Other recent First National productions, will be well remembered. Miss Cooper plays the part of " Nan of the Sawdust Pile," a little maid on whom JatP£ have been unkind, but who, through many vicissitudes, manages to find the happiness for which her starving soul was horribly craving. : !A's Donald McKaye, son of the owner ' of thfi largest sawmill in the Northwest, Graves gives a particularly ef- ' 'fectivc characterisation. Red-blooded iadventurc is the motif of the story,' intermingled with romance of h delightful type.
