PEACE AMONG NATIONS

CANADA FORMULATES POLICY Speaking in Winnipeg, the Minister for Finance, Hon. .1. L. Isley, said that Canada’s policy in regard to keeping peace among the nations was taking definite shape, •‘We wilt favour the establishment of -an international organisation to keep the peace, ’’ Mr Isley said. “There are some bickerings and disagreements, and we will be prepared to run some risks of not always getting our own way in our dealings with other nations, i.C only we can be assured that the world of the future will bo a peaceful world. A large measure of unity among the united nations must be achieved among them now. These must not be allowed to imperil the future, and the Government of Canada must be prepared to do anything and everything within its power to sec that in tho future peace prevails.’’
