Misses Helen and Marie Homo and Nancy and Dorothy Wilson returned to Timaru today after spending a holiday in Queenstown. Mr and Mrs H. Wilson and two sons, Mr A. F. Choyuo and Miss Obey in, Mosgiel, form a party at present in Wakatipu Courts. Mr Chus. Booby, Dunedin, s spending an extended holiday in Queenstown. Mr and Mrs Bob. Heller, Dunedin, erstwhile residents of Arrowtown, arc the guests of their aunt, Mrs Pat. Lynch. Mt Alf. Atley, who was the victim of a serious accident on a lake steamer some months ago, has returned to Queenstown. Mr Atley, it is pleasing to know, is in cheerful mood though the accident involved the loss of his left leg.' It is pleasing to note that in the results of tlie Public Entrance examinations which have just been announced, the name of Athol K. Lonsdale up pears. Athol received his instruction at the local district high school. The Rev. Mr and Mrs W. L. Low, Huntorville, were among recent visitO's to Queenstown. Miss Wilkin, Dunedin, is visiting her sister, Mrs A. Mackenzie, Mt. Nicholas. Mr and Mrs W. Wilkinson, Mr and Mrs Newson, Mr and Mrs Baiiantyue, Mr and Mrs J. Hunter and Mr Clarkson are among Dunedin visitors to Queenstown. Mr Justice Kennedy and Mrs Kennedy are visiting Queenstown. Mrs S. E. McCarthy and her son, Brian, of Christchurch, "are visiting Queenstown. Mr D. Murray and his granddaughter ore among Invercargill visitors to Queenstown.
