The term of the loan is to be 20 years; it is to be repaid by annual instalments of interest and principal; and is to be secured by a series of Debentures and a special rate of l/60d. in the £ to be levied on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the County. A copy of the Resolution which will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the Council to be held at Queenstown on the 23rd day of September, 1941, at 10 a.m. is deposited at the Council Chambers, Queenstown, and may there be inspected without fee during office hours from the date hereof up to the said date.
