ARROW GOLF CLUB
In the men’s section the winner of the trophy in the flag match was F. Chiiwell, A. Reid being second and T. Johnston third. The winner in the ladies’ section was Mrsi Haggitt with Mrs Douglas second, Miss Allen tlilrd, and Mrs Reed fourth.
A qualifying round for the ladies’ and men’s’ championships will be played next week-end, the draw being as follows:
Ladies—Mrs Ritchie v Miss Allen, Mrs James v Miss Reid, Mrs Douglas v Mrs Reed, Mrs Campbell v (Miss Romans, Mrs Haggitt v scorer. Men—James v C. Reid, Romans v Anderson. Reed v Johnston. Bremner v K. Ferguson Chiiwell v A. Reid, Jas. Robertson Y A. D. LPearce. John Robertson v S. Pearce. N. Pearce v Ritchie, Dr. Ferguson v T. D. .Scott, G. Murphy v A. Erridge. Cards must be handed into the secretary on completion of play.
