Loav grades and off season skins declined from 3d to 9d per lb. In the Avinter grades, does Avere easier by 2d to lOd per lb, Avliile bucks declined from Id to 12d per lb. A Melbourne paper has been inviting opinions about smoking. One inan •wrote: “When faced with some tough problem, as sometimes happens l , and undecided how to act, I get by myself, and light up the old briar, and after a quiet smoke I generally find a way out.
