NOTICE is hereby given that lor the purpose of providing lor _ the cost of .survey and other preliminary works and the expenses of administration, the Lake Wakatipu Electric Power Board intends at the meeting of the Board to be held at the Board's oilicc, situated at Queenstown on August (3th, at 8' pan., to make and levy a uniform general rate under Section I>s of the Electric Power Board s Act, 1925, lot the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1937, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1938/ of one-fourth of One Penny in the Pound on the rateable value of all rateable, property within the Lake V akatipu Electric-Power District on the basis of the unimproved value, and that such rate with respect to each rateable property within the said Elec-tric-Power District will be payable at the office of the local Authority _of the constituent district within which such properly is situate. The said constituent districts and the situation of the offices of the said Local Authorities are as follows: — Lakes County, Queenstown. Borough of Queenstown, Queenstown. Borough of Arrow town, Arrowtown. And that such rate will become pavable in one sum on the Ist day of ‘ September, 1937.
