STATEMENT FOll AUGUST, 1936. Estates of a value of £173.668 were reported and accept'd for administration by the Public Trustee during the month of August, 1936. '1 he total value of the estates under administration by the Public Trustee on the 31st March, 1936, was £60,660,310 and the new business for the five months ended 31st August, 1936, was £2,418,682. Grants of admini-t aiion made by the Court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 162 for the month During the month 125 new wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were depos.t d for sale custody by living testators and 315 existing nulls were revised to provide lor changes desired by testators. the total number of wills now held by the Public Trust Office is 86.970.
