Time and cost of construction: 6 months, £2OO. Objected to by John Seller and by the Moonlight Extended G.S. Co. Ltd. (in liquidation) and by Peter Mackenzie, registered holder. —After the hearing of considerable legal argument the application was adjourned to sitting on 9th June. (Mr C. H.
