XIII, Olenorchy S.D., commencing in Stewart’s Creek, about 1 chain above old pack track at the same point of intake as water race hold by Moonlight Extended Gold Sluicing Co., Ltd., under license Xo. 2732, running in a westerly direction in the course of such race for a distance of 8 chains to a point 2 chains below the tunnel, thence 2 chains into dam applied for thence across Moonlight Creek to applicants claim Xu. 2747, thence in a. southerly direction 11 chains to the western boundary of such claim, thence south 20 chains through land held by John Seller under o.r.p. 3432, thence east for 2 chains to south west corner of applicant’s claim No. 2747. Time and cost of construction: 6 months, £2OO. Objected to by John Seller and by the Moonlight Extended G.S. Co. Ltd.
