Mrs H. A. Helms, of Invercargill, is on a visit to her brother, Mr Jas. JE. Smith, at the Shamrock. The- death occurred at Westport on the 7th inst.. of Mr David gliomas Gibbard, who was in business as a draper in Arrowtown in the nineties. Deceased was 64 yeans of age. Mr William Reid (The Mill!) and his daughter, Miss A. Reid, left last week on a visit to the North Island.
