WEDDINGS.
O A IN—KA VANAUGH. On Monday, April 13, Miss Irene Beatrice Kavanaugh, eldest daugnter of Mr and Mrs Wm. Kavanaugh of Frankton, was married in Queenstown by the local registrar, to Herbert Stevenson Cain, eldest son of Mr and the late Mrs Samuel Stevenson Cain of AVaitaki. The bride’s mother and bridegroom’s father were present. Tire bride wore a fawn dress with hat to match. Next morning Mr and Mrs Cain left by car for their future home at Waitaki,
moffat—Mclennan. The marriage took place last Tuesday morning of Miss Catherine McLennan, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs D. McLennan of Pembroke, to Mr Malcolm Brechin Moffat, Queenstown, . eldest son of the late Mr and Mrs Jas. Moffat of Glasgow, Scotland. o
The ceremony, 'which took place at the Manse, Melbourne St., Queenstown, was performed by the Rev. J. Stan. Murray, minister of St. Andrew’iS. The bride was given away : by her mother. The bridesmaid was Misk E. Finney of Timaru and Mr A. Farrant filled the role of best man. Mr and Mrs Moffat will make their home in Queenstown.
