The fallowing business of local interest was transacted at the monthly meeting of the Otago Land Board: The Commissioner of Crown Lauds submitted for the board’s consideration the field inspector’s report and valuation of sections in block XXXVI, Town of Pembroke. Sections to be oU'ered for sale 1 by public auction .at the upset value suggested by the field inspector. The board was asked to consider the question of the disposal of sections I, 2, 18, and 153, block XXXVIII. Town of Queenstown —.Sections to be offered for sale by public auction as one lot, at upset price ol £7OO per acre. Proposal's for expenditure of £3 I.os 8(1 “fifths” of forest revenue accruing To the Lake County Council for period ending Septomloer 80, 15)2(5, were submitted for approval.—Proposals approved. Area in Dart and Upper AVakatipu, adjoining run 111), 1130 acres, from Thus. K. Bryant, Win. A. Grant, and Krnesl L. Bryant to Huntly Groves. —Transfer approved.
