Morris and Go., Ltd., report for week ending’ Thursday, 7th October, 1926, as follows: Eat Cattle.—There was a Large entry, 320 being forward, consisting of good quality, with a number of pens of extra prime bullocks. Extra prime hellers £l2 2s 6d to £l2 15s, heavy to £lB 16s, prime £9 to £lO, medium £7 to' £B.

Eat Sheep.—There was a medium entry, 1586 being forward, the quality on the whole being good. Oats.—The market remains quiet, and very little business is passing at present. ‘A’ grade gartons may be quoted at up to 3s 4d on trucks, country sidings, and B’s at 3s Id. Wheat—There Is no milling wheat offering, and fowl wheat meets with fair demand at up to 7s 6d ex stloila, Dunedin.

Chair—Fair consignments have been coming to hand of late, and there is a strong dtemand for prime bright oaten sheaf, Which is bringing 1 up to £5 16s ex truck, Dunedin. Inferior discoloured lines, however, are difficult to quit.
