Same.— Extended river claim, 2 acres, over tame ground as above.—Granted for 42 years. Jas. McMullan, junr.—Surrender for special river claim, Arthurs Point.—Adjourned to 20th September, at request of applicant J. P. Phelan, Jas. McMullan, junr., and Hugh McMullan.—Surrender of special alluvial claim and special river claim, Arthurs Point—Adjourned to 20th September at request of applicants. The same parties as above applied for a special alluvial claim at Big Beach, Arthurs Point, two miles below the Shotover Bridge.—Adjourned to 20th September st request of applicants. A further application for a special river claim in the Shotover river at Arthurs Point, 1$ miles below the bridge was also adjourned till 90th September. Wm.
