The Company, having to pay cash for Railway Carriage, cannot give any credit for same, and it will be necessary for country consignees to make arrangements with their carters to pay all charges before taking delivery of goods. The Company's risk ceases immediately the cargo is landed from the steamers, but every care will be taken of all goods until taken away by the consignee, which should be done with as little delay as possible, The Company have arranged with the railway authorities in Dunedin to run a truck right through to Kingston on TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS for small lots of goods, so that anyone may telegraph on Mondays and Thursdays for things which can be at Kingston the following evening. Butchers and ethers please take notice that the p.B. ANTRIM will be specially run on WEDNESDAYS and SATURDAYS for the pin-pose of carrying Live Stock from Kingston at the usual rates. Said Live Stock should arrive at Kingston on Tuesday and Friday evenings if coming by train. Only Horses and Tame Cattle will be carried in the other steamers. If shippers at any time wish Sheep or Pigs to go by the other steamers, either from Kingston or any other part of the Lake, DOUBLE RATES will be charged. Dogs, Is. per head. In order to assist farmers in the district, Grain will be carried from Qucenstown or Frankton to Kingston at ss. per ton ; Flour, Bran and Pollard, 7s. Gd.; Wool, Hides and all other goods, 10s. per ton. Passengers going to Kingston and back same day can get a Return Ticket for Single Fare. E. T. WING,

Good accommodation can be had at Mrs Russell's, WANAKA HOTEL, who will provide Luncheon Baskets, etc., for Tourists by steamer.
