Dear Sib, —In yoar issue of the 20th tilt.. I notice extract of my report on the New Nugget and Cornish Co., Shotover River, and as a few mistakes have been made in the extract, deviating from the contents of the original report, and which would be likely to mislead the shareholders, I beg to draw your attention thereto, and soliciting your favor of correcting the same. In speaking of No. 3 level it states in your issue, M down aDout Vl2 feet," instead of length about 812 feet, or the distance of tunnel driven. In speaking of No. 2 level, and the suggestion therein made, in your issue states : " I beg to suggest that the levels appearing in No. 2 lavel," but it should be : " I beg to suggest that the Under appearing in No. 2 level."—Yours, etc., Andrew Southberg.
