Tho following officera were mstalled for the ensuing term by tlie D.P., Biothcr Conray, aosisted P.B Brother l-lutt —A-D., Brother C. Tonkin; P.A., Bother W. ll’Cafferv; secretary, Brother A. E. Palmer; treasurer, Brother H. B. Luxton; minute secretary, Brother F. .Beggo; In. tr„ Brother W. J. Logge; O.G Brother L. B©r"h; A.D. Bards, Brothers K. Hoppy and XI. M’Liean ; V.A. Baras, Brothers H. Tonkin and UcdgersOn. A hearty vote of Inanks ana appreciation was accorded to P.A. Brother E. Widdowson for the manner in which he hod fulfilled his term as A.D., and it was decided that he he presented with e P.A. diploma. Tlie lodge held their children s Christmas treo party, and the attendance was a very large one. Tho hall waa very wtettilv decorated. The tree was laden with toys, and, being decorated with balloons and fancy ribbons, presented a fine sight. During 'the evening musical items were rendered. and Highland dances and a. sailor’s hornpipe were given by eight young girls in oostume. The entertainment was. highly appreciated. Brother Litxton an Brother Christmas had quite a strenuous time in distributing tho toys to the children. Tlie Social Committee’is entitled to special credit for the success of the evening, which, concluded with the singing of " Auld Lang Syne.’’
