According to a Chicago message, during the last three months grain prices have steadily fallen, wheat dropping from 252 cent 3 per bushel to 129; oorn, from 119 cents to 06; oats, from 70 cents to 48. Foreign interests have been buying heavily, taking advantage of the low figures. Several Kansas and Nebraska grain elevators or warehouses have failed as a result of the falling market.
