One hundred and ninety-one million marks will be spent on munitions, weapons and war material, and the Naval Budget includes 120,000,000 marks for small cruisers. it is officially stated that the exKaiser has already received 52,2c;0,000 marks- and that the ex-Orown Prince 'has been given property worth many millions of marks. In the midst/ of this riot of waste an appeal has been launched on behalf or the country's Starving children.
