DISCUSSED BY R.S.A. TPek Prkss Association.} WELLINGTON, November 27. A meeting of the executive of the R.S.A., Dr "Boxer presiding, discussed the question of the Gallipoli Medal for members of the N.Z.E.F. who took part in the campaign. The secretary reported that the Government is Steeping the matter steadily in view. A petition to Parliament was suggested. J*he president stated that it was a fact that only 10 per cent of the Now Zea.land soldiers who went abroad even Baw Gallipoli, and the feeling is expressed that too much was made of Anzac. Ho thought many would prefer a special modal to that awful thing—the 1914-15 Star—which was a disgraceful modal. All that the British War OfHce proposed was special battle clasps.
