Tho Soviet has suspended peace negotiations with Poland on the grounds that the Poles had not withdrawn their troopß to the Pripet demarcation line. The Soviet representatives at Kovno informed Lithuania that the Bolsheviks will bo obliged to reoceupy Vilnn POLES AND LITHUANIANS. STILL FIGHTING. Reuter’s Telegrams, GENEVA, November 20. Colonel Chardigney, head _ of the League's Commission which is investigating the Vilna affair, telegraphs that General Zelignowski’s trqopu.and the Lithuanians are still fighting at various parte of the front.
