income tax amendment, which put municipal trading concerns on the same footing as private businesses, also a Canterbury remit, askine for a Royal Commission to inquire into the principles and incidence on all taxation in the Dominion, and to make recommendations as to all taxes to be levied during tho fiscal yeaTß 1920-21, were adopted.
