NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIP. FOGWELL SEEKS ANOTHER RACE. [Per Press Association.] BLENHEIM, November 23. At the handing over of tho stakes for the New Zealand sculling championship race, Fo<-well intimated that he was placing a deposit of £25 in the hands of the stakeholder, for a challenge to Hannan , for a championship race to be rowed before Christmas, probably in Picton Harbour. Fogwell said it would be his last race, win or lose. •
