(Received November 23, 7.45 p.m.) TOKIO, November 22 The newspaper “ Niclii-Nichi Shimbun,” discussing the Chinese consortium, says that Japan has pooled her lights in three railroads iu China with the nations comprising the consortium. The paper questions whether Japan’s sacrifice is not too great. The “ Kokauiin Slum bun ” complains that the consortium gives the United States and Britain the same rights in China as Japan, the principle of Asia for Asiatics thus receiving a blow.
