"Tho Times," in a leader, condemns tho reticence of the authorities regarding tho attack on British Mesopotamia, and declares that the concealment of unfavourable news will no longer, be tolerated. There has been too much soerecy hi regard to the military operations in Mesopotamia. Permanent occupation mio-ht involve continuous warfare which was more costly tnan frontier operations.
