ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
( Mr S. E- M’Cartliy, Coroner, conducted an inquiry yesterday into tho death of George Richard Wise, Russley ' Road, who was killed at Hornby crossing as the result of a collision between f„ train and the dray lie was driving A verdict was returned in accordance with the medioal evidence, that death was due to syncope, following on laceration of the brain, and that there was fio evidence of neglect by the railway .officials. CHILD KILLED BY MOTOR-OAR. [Per Press Association.] WHANGAREI, May 13. Madge Finch, a five-year-old daughter of R. S.
