ARMAGH STREET, from the west side of Oxford Terrace to tho west side of Park Torraoe, will bo CLOSED against TRAFFIC of all descriptions (including PEDESTRIANS), with tho exception of Sohool Children and those in oharge. OWING to the largo number of Tickota sold, the Pubuc are respectfully requested to observe and comply with tho following regulations, framed with a view to order and Avoiding unpleuaaut crushing l : The Prince is expected to arrive at the Bajracks at nine o'clock. Visitors <are urged to bo in their place* not lator than a quarter to nine. The entrance gates (Cashel Street) will bo open at 7.30 p.m., and closed at 10 minutes to 9 until aftejr the Prince's arrival. On entering the Barracks tickets must bo handed to the doorkeepor and be exchanged for Supper Tickets. (Supper Tickets aro merely lor the right to enter tho Suppor Room as space is available. There will bo no order of preference.) Crushing or crowding must bo avoided. Ladies' Dressing Rooms will be found on the right-hand sido of tho passago on ontori ing the Barracks. Ladies net wishing to danoe will bo well advised to take their cloaks into the "all Room. Gentlemen's Dressing Rooms are at tho north side of tho Barracks, past the Ladies' Room. I For the purpose of facilitating gontleraon ! and ladies finding their partners, and ftlso j to meet each other, after leaving tho Cloak Rooms, letters of the alphabet will bo found I at intervals round the room, in conspicuous ! places. Visitors are requested to proceed to their j seats in the Ball Room as eoon as possible after arrival. A Buffet has been provided, where light refreshments may be obtained throughout the evening. Motor-cars must approach the entrance in Cashel Street from the west .end of the building. Permission has been granted for Motor-cab to be parked on the river sido of Cambridge TerracOj between Caßheland Montreal Streets, during the Ball. Caretakers will (bo placed in charge, but no mcwponsi-' bility whatever will bo bo undertaken hy the Ball Committee. At tho Supper Tablo Ladies and Gcmtloj men are specially requested not to occupy j their seats for moro than 20 minutes, and then to return without loss of tiruo to the I Ball Room. D.
