Channelling and Asphalting 2000 0 0 Sewer Construction, Drainage, Culverts, etc. . . 3125 10 0 Duplication of Pumping Plant Main and Substation and Water Reti- . dilation, New Heservoir Works .... 2000 0 0 Electrical Extensions . 1250 0 0 ; Fire Prevention . . 1000 0 0 Engineering and Supervision .... 600 0 0 Advertising and Loan Expenses .... 100 0 0 Contingencies . . 191 0 0 First year'B Interest and Sinking Fund . . . 1000 0 0 £16,000 0 0 AND for the purpose of providing Interest at five and a quarter per centum (5J per cent) per annum, Sinking Fund one per centum (1 per cout) per annum and other charges on the said Loan, to make and levy a Special Annual Recurring Rate of Threo Farthings (id) in tho £ on the rateable value (being capital value) of all the rateable property in the Special Area m the Cashmere Riding of the County of Heathcote comprised within tho following boundaries:— Commencing at the junction of tho Heathcote River and the north-east-ern corner of R.S. 82; thence along the eastern,' southern and western boundaries of R.S. 82 to the southern boundary of R.S. 211; thence north-westerly along the southern boundary of R.S. 211 to the northeastern oomer of R.S. 2017; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of R.S. 2047 to its junction with Dyer’s Pass Road; thence across Dyer’s Pas 3 Road and * along its western side to a point opposite the most western part of R.S. 34654; thence westerly for a distance of 500 links into R.S. 2063; thenoe following the contour of Dyer’s Pass . Road and Hackthorne Road in a right line to and a distance of 500 links from the said roads in a north-wester-ly direction through R.S. 2063 to the south-eastern boundary of R.S. 1335; thence south-westerly along the boundary of R.S. 1335 to its most southerly point; thence northerly along the boundaries of R.S. 1335 and R.S. 814 to the Heathcote River; thence along the Heathcnte River to the point of commencement.
