TVfOTICE is hereby given that at o Special 1' Meeting of the Oxford County Council, hold on the 2nd March, 1920, it was resolved (by way of Special Order): That the Oxford County Council makes a By-law under the provisions of “ Tho Counties Act, 1908,” and “ Tho Motor Regulation Act, 1908,” end of every other power in that hohalf enabling it. c The object and purport of the proposed By-law are:— (1) For regulating motor traffic under Part 1 of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908. (2) The appointment of a Motor Inspector and tho issue of certificates of ability to drive a motor-oar or motorcycle. Imposing penalties for broaoh of the Bylaw. . Tho said resolution will be Submitted, for confirmation at an ordinnrv meeting of the Council, to be held on April 6th, 1920, at the Council Chambers, Oxford. A copy of the proposed Special Order and By-law is deposited at the office of the Council, where tho same will he open for inspection until the said confirming meeting is hold.
