TO-DAY’S NEWS. The departure of the Prince of Wales cn his tour of the Dominions has been postponed for a week. (Page 7.1 Mr Daniel has submitted proposals for increasing the United States Navy. (Page 7.) A scheme of aerial defence for Australia is estimated to cost a million annually. (Page 1.) ' Mr Massey has made a statement concerning the revenue and expenditure of the Dominion for eleven months of the current financial year. (Page 6.) A public meeting last night decided npon a Hall of Memories as the most suitable war memorial for Christchurch. (Page 7.) The Board'of Trade has been inquiring into the prices of cotton thread.
