Although the day was hue, .a very baa light prevailed, but notwithstanding an enjoyaole afternoon was spent by one and ai:\ nnd| some very close contests were.witnessed. A second team from the Woolston club journeyed to Hornby on Saturday altenuoon and piayed a friendly match with a C team from tho Paparua club, the visitors being; superior to the home team and winning 'by 22 games.
