THE EX-KAISER.

CONSENTS TO TRIAL, Router's Telegrams. (Received December 24, 12.5 a.m.) PARIS, December 20. It is reported that the ex-Kaiser has agreed to accept trial by the Allies, subject to reservations regarding the place, time and defence by German experts and -lawyers. If the Allies accept these terms the ex-Kaiser will not be tried for at least six months. In tue meantime the Crown Prince treats the matter as a joke, declaring that if he is called before a court of justice he will never appear.
