OBJECTIONS TO D 3 LIST. (Per Press Association. - ] DUNEDIN, December 17. At a, representative meeting of the Dunedin Branch of' tho Railway Officers’ Institute tho following resolutiojis were adopted That, after perusal and consideration of the D 3 list for 1919 we express indignation at the injustice to a majority of the members of the service shown therein; enter a strong protest and ask the executive to make urgent and strong representations to tho Minister of Railways, calling upon him to withdraw the D 3 list as at present compiled, and have it revised in terms of the agreement entered into between tho executive and the management on April 1, 1910. Further, that all members be classified in accordance with tho above-mentioned agreement, and that although the management lias committed a broach of the agreement entered into with representatives of the Institute, the executive still retains the confidence of this branch in its efforts on behalf of members of the Railway Officers’ Institute.
