A , SUPREME COURT DECISION. [Pee Peess Association.] AVELLTNGTON, October 6. Mr Justice Edwards gavo judgment m the Supreme Court in the ease in which Martin Joseph Lee appealed from the action of tho Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants in expelling him from the executive. His Honor said there must be judgment for the defendant union. He thought, however, that it was proper to add that the Judgment involved noi finding against the character of the plaintiff. In his Honor’s minion the plaintiff had mistaken his rights and failed to appreciate the extent of the authority given by the rules to the executive council. He believed that the plaintiff honestly believed himself justified in the. course ho took, and therefore he thought ho might properly add that nothing nad appeared in the case to deprive 'the plaintiff of the esteem of other members of the union.
