AGRICULTURAL EXPERTS.

[Pbb Press Association.] WELLINGTON, October 3. The Agricultural Department is now making inquiries with a view to greatly strengthening its instructional staff. Two highly qualified instructors have just been appointed. One, Mr ft. P. Connell, is in charge of Otago and Southland, with headquarters at Dunedin, and the other is Mr F. H. Paterson, for the Auckland district, with headquarters at Hamilton. Further appointments will be mado as tho Department finds the right men.
