(b) Tho Stun proposed to bo Borrowed for such purpose la ONE HUNDRED AND PIETY THOUSAND POUNDS (£150,000). (c), Tho proposed security for such proposed loan and for providing a, Sinking Fund of 1£ per Centura in respect thereof in u.
