Discussing fuel at the meeting of the Sumner Borough Council last night, the Mayor, the Hon ,T. Barr, said that the scarcity had its beneficial results. The council in the past had a difficulty in getting rid of its coke, but the eba) shortage had taught the people the value of coke as a fuel, and they now came with an order in one hand ami a sack in the other.
