Business continues quiet in the grain and produce market, quota ions remaining substantially the same at those of the mid-week. Oatsheaf chaff has eased somewhat, the quotation being £6 to £6 ss, but this price will probably firm up as a result of the recent wot weather. Onions and potatoes are still being firmly held, and supplies am difficult to procure. Current quolations are as follow: Wheat.—Milling wheat, Government price. South Island, 6s 7id f.0.b.; North Island, 4d extra. Oats.—Seed Algerians, 3s 10a to Is; feed Algerians, 3s Sd to 3s 6d; milling Gartons, 1° lid to 4s; B Gartons, 3s 9d to 3s lOd. at country sla‘ions; ordinary seed Duns, 4s to 4s 2d; Danish, good quality, 3s 6d to 3s Bd. Barley.—Malting, 6s to 6a 6d. The quotation is nominal. Flour.—£ls per ton; lOOlb Hags, £lB 18s; FOlh begs. £l6; 251 b bags, £l6 Es.
