[Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON. July 4. The Labour Party conference adopted the following remit:-"That this conference regards tho present haphazard way of enrolling electors as extremely unsatisfactory, and urges the Government to take action in tho direction oi having this important work entirely carried out by tho State and local bodie.9." .
