About G.BO to-night a fire occurred in tho -'Lambton station yards in a building where Pinfcseh gas is manufactured, a quantity 'of tarry matter, a byproduct of', gasmalcing, catching alight. The building, which is of simple construction, was seriously damaged, but tho plant was undamaged- Gasman Howell was rather badly burnt about tho face and hands.
